Dating from the 15th century, the traditional thatched farmhouse, barn and neighbouring stable cottage, are perfect for a relaxing break. Electric gates ensure seclusion and the beautifully landscaped grounds offer natural privacy for the outdoor heated swimming pool, whilst the barn houses a library, billiards room and 18-seat cinema. The village pub is just ¼ mile stroll, there is a farm shop 2 miles away and the bustling market town of Sittingbourne (3 miles) boasts a good selection of shops, restaurants and family friendly pubs. Milstead sits in the North Downs, an area of outstanding natural beauty within easy reach of a variety of attractions including Dolphin Yard Sailing Museum, Doddington Place and Gardens, Belmont House and Garden, Leeds Castle and the coast at Whitstable (17 miles).
